When to Go

Attractions & Events
Disney World is Orlando's main draw. Along with a selection of hotel resorts, there are four parks. Magic Kingdom is where visitors experience some of Disney's most popular characters and movies, including Peter Pan and Alice and Wonderland. Animal Kingdom has wildlife rides and shows, while Epcot has futuristic rides and pavilions from around the world. Hollywood Studios has several movie- and TV-themed shows and rides. A poplar spot during the evening is Downtown Disney, which has many restaurants, shops, nightclubs and cinemas.
Universal Orland Resort has two theme parks to stimulate the senses – Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. The Wet 'n Wild Waterpark is also found at the resort. Popular attractions include The Wizarding World of Harry Potter as well as rides and shows inspired by Men in Black, Jaws, Dispicable Me, Shrek and other television shows and films. Along with three resort hotels, there is also CityWalk with restaurants and entertainment that is a great place to unwind after a day of fun.
Located on International Drive along with Universal Studios is Sea World Adventure Park Orlando, a beautiful marine-themed park. Visitors can meet beluga whales, walruses, seals, sea turtles, alligators and killer whales with a more laid back experience. Sea World is also home to Discovery Cove, an exclusive attraction where guests can interact with dolphins in the water. Aquatica Orlando has two wave pools and a large man-made white sand beach complete with deck chairs and sunbeds. There are also raft slides, lazy rivers and slides for visitors of all ages and swimming abilities.
