About Cala Ratjada
Beautiful Cala Ratjada is a seaside resort that sits on the north east of Majorca. When to Go

The temperatures start to climb towards the end of April, when average daytime temperatures are around 18°C. July and August are the hottest months, with average temperatures being around 25°C. At this time of the year, visitors can enjoy up to 13 hours of sunshine a day and average sea temperatures of 25°C. The pleasant weather lasts well into October, although frequent rain showers start towards the end of this month and last until February.

Cala Ratjada's beaches are the focal point of the resort. Further away you'll find secluded coves like Cala Gat, Cala Agulla, L'Olla, Cala Molto and Cala Lliteres. The area around Cala Mesquida is now a protected natural space and the perfect destination for birdwatchers and hikers. Along the town's waterfront you'll be spoilt for choice in terms of cafes, restaurants, and tapas bars.
If you visit Cala Ratjada in May, don't miss the Medieval Festival in nearby Capdepera. In August, free concerts and theatre performances are on display in this area too.
