Our mission is to provide you with impartial advice to enable you to book the holiday that specifically suits your requirements and budget. We are confident that we offer some of the most competitive prices on the market and as our staff have a wealth of knowledge on all destinations featured, we believe that we can provide you with an excellent one stop service in which to arrange all of your travel plans.

Can I trust you and is my money safe?

We are a member of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA). Our ABTA Number is 18930. All charter flights are licensed and bonded by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). We act as agents for licensed tour operators, in which case the relevant ATOL number is displayed with each flight shown. For your added protection we also hold an ATOL license ourselves, ATOL number 5287, and this protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom. In the unlikely event of our insolvency the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money that you have paid to us for an advance booking. ATOL protection is NOT in place for No Frills Airlines and these flights are not covered by the CAA.

Is it safe to book online?

Yes, when booking your holiday via our website, all of your personal and payment details are encrypted and transmitted to our secure servers. For your protection, when inputting your details please ensure that the Lock Symbol is enabled.

Is my booking governed by the Package Travel Regulations?

No, we are an Agent only. By making a reservation with Chadwell Travel Ltd. you accept that your contract lies with the various travel providers (Principals) used to make up your reservation and you are therefore bound by their booking conditions. None of the bookings we make for our customers that comprise of more than one element are classed as Package Holidays as defined by the Package Travel Regulations 1992 and the Civil Aviation Regulations 1995, Amended 2003. Chadwell Travel DOES NOT act as a Tour Operator or Principal.
